• Users may upload PDF or PowerPoint files to generate flashcards, provided the content is non-copyrighted and appropriate.
• Prohibited activities include spamming, uploading inappropriate material, or any actions that violate these terms.

4. Content Ownership and Usage

• Uploaded Content: Users retain ownership of their uploaded PDF or PowerPoint files. Memra processes these files using ephemeral storage, anonymizing filenames, and maintaining only the last 10 uploads before deleting older files.
• Generated Flashcards: Memra owns all rights to the flashcards generated by the platform and reserves the right to repurpose or use this content for any purpose.

5. Privacy and Data Collection

• Memra does not collect, store, or trace personal data, IP addresses, or filenames.
• All uploads are anonymized, and no user-identifiable information is tracked or retained.
• The website operates on HTTPS, ensuring secure, encrypted connections.

6. Limitations of Service

• Maximum file size: 2GB per upload.
• Maximum slides per upload: 100 slides.
• Memra does not guarantee the accuracy of the flashcards generated or any improvement in test scores from their use.

7. Service Availability

While Memra strives to maintain uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee the site will always be operational. In case of downtime, we will make reasonable efforts to restore functionality promptly.

8. Prohibited Content and Actions

Users are prohibited from uploading copyrighted, offensive, or inappropriate material. Memra reserves the right to block IP addresses associated with spam or violations of these terms.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Memra is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of the flashcards for any specific purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Memra is not liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.
